RETURN & REFUND POLICY
30-Day Return Window We want you to love what you ordered. If you're not completely satisfied, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility Requirements To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- In original condition with tags attached
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
How to Start a Return Contact us at info@igniteapparel.co to initiate your return. Do not send items back without prior approval — unapproved returns will not be accepted. Once approved, we'll provide a free return shipping label and instructions.
Damaged or Incorrect Items Inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items The following cannot be returned:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Items marked final sale
Exchanges We don't process direct exchanges. The fastest way to get a different size or color is to return your original item and place a new order once the return is accepted.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
